Refund policy

At Apex Clothing, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Refunds

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method or exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Apex Clothing is not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@apexclothingco.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
